Why we exist
Cleaning that doesn't depend on you checking up
The people who hire us are busy and risk-averse — practice managers, office and facilities leads, nursery and gym owners. They don't want the cheapest cleaner. They want one they don't have to think about.
Too many cleaning contracts work the same way: you hand over a key, cross your fingers, and only find out something slipped when a member of staff or a customer complains. There's no record, no cover when the cleaner is off, and a different number every time you need to raise something.
We built Lume to replace that with something you can actually rely on. Every visit is documented with photos, a ticked checklist and time on site. If something isn't right, we put it right free. And if a cleaner is off, arranging cover is our problem, not yours.
