When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we may collect:

Your name and the business you represent
Your email address and phone number
Your postcode and details about your site or sites
Anything you choose to tell us in your message

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your enquiry and arrange a free walk-round
Prepare and send you a quote
Manage our relationship with you if you become a client

We process this data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and, where you become a client, for the duration of our contract and any period required by law. We delete or anonymise data we no longer need.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting providers) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

Your rights
