Most clients are up and running within a week or two of the walk-round.

    We visit your site, understand the work and the standard you need, and answer your questions.

  2. Get a clear, custom quote

    You receive a written quote scoped to your sites and schedule — no vague day rates.

  3. We start, vetted and covered

    DBS-checked cleaners begin on your schedule. If anyone is off, we arrange cover.

  4. See proof after every clean

    Photos, a ticked checklist and time on site appear in your portal. Not right? We re-clean free.

Every single visit

The same loop, every clean

Once we start, every visit follows the same routine — and produces the same proof. Nothing depends on you being there to check.

  1. 1. Cleaner checks in on site

    Arrival is recorded when your cleaner starts the visit, so time on site is captured automatically.

  2. 2. Work follows your checklist

    They work through the tasks agreed for your site, ticking each one off as it is completed.

  3. 3. Photos capture the result

    Key areas are photographed, building a visual record of the standard at every visit.

  4. 4. Proof lands in your portal

    Photos, the ticked checklist and time on site appear in your portal — usually within minutes of the cleaner leaving.

The arrival and departure times are recorded, so you know how long your cleaner was there — no guesswork.

If anything is not right, flag it from the same report and we re-clean the area free of charge.
